This chalet sitting in the coeur of the French Alps is perfect for 8 people relishing ski holidays. Grand Bornand and la Clusaz are reached in 30 minutes and Geneva in 45 minutes.

The park that surrounds the house extends over 2000sq-m. The mountainscape, the lake and the snow create a perfect backdrop.

The chalet sits on the lake shore and it has its jetty and mooring.

Both terraces, upper and lower, give onto the lake. One of them is 150sq-m and is equipped with a 5-seater Jacuzzi and loungers to bask in the sun while viewing the French Alps. This chalet, perfect to enjoy ski holidays, features a large table, garden furniture and outdoor barbecue.

Children have a playground tailor made for them.

Guests have at their disposal a car park for three cars, of which one will be sheltered.

Interior design includes design furniture. The kitchen is absolutely complete. The living room is a very warm atmosphere with its visible beams, and there is a dining room. From them, it is possible to go out onto the terrace. There is a fabulous playroom with home-cinema.

It is a two storeyed property sleeping up to 8 people. It features 4 double or twins bedrooms giving views of the lake but only three leading to the terrace. There are 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.

It is a five-star one which means all comforts are incorporated: refrigerated wine cellar, all multimedia equipment and internet connection.
