This magnificent villa for up to 15 is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and just 2 minutes walk to the nearest ski lift, in les Bruyères, a charming area within les Menuires.

Les Menuires itself is within the world-renowned 3 vallées, the largest skiing space in the world, consisting of 8 different resorts and 600km of pistes. From beginners to experienced skiers, little ones to grandparents, there is something for everyone.

Along with downhill skiing and snowboarding there are a whole range of activities to be enjoyed: cross-country skiing, ice-skating and snow-shoeing in the winter, and hiking, mountain-biking, fishing and water-sports in the summer months for example. Shops and restaurants and spas and health centres are all nearby should you prefer something a little less energetic!

The chalet itself has a large terrace with a 7-seater Jacuzzi, and which is also equipped with a dining table and chairs and barbecue in summer, and two of the bedrooms boast charming private balconies. Guests can keep their ski equipment safe in the code-locked storage with a boot-warming rack.


Interior

You will certainly be hard pushed to find a chalet comparable in quality or price in the area. This magnificent chalet is typically Savoyard in style with lovely features of wooden paneling, beams, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The ground floor consists of a splendid open-plan living-dining room with comfortable sofas, a modern-look pyramid fireplace (wood provided) and high-tech home cinema with a 160cm flat screen television, wide selection of films, and 3D glasses- making for the perfect, cozy night in. The chalet also has an American-style pool table, Nintendo Wii, board games and Wi-Fi internet, definitely not leaving you short of fun-filled activities to keep the whole family happy.

Just adjacent to the dining area is the open kitchen, fully-equipped with all the latest in appliances and cooking facilities for your self-catering convenience: Breakfast bar, Falcon range oven, ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, American fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, food processor, dishwasher…as well as equipment for preparing local delicacies such as raclette, fondue and waffles.

The first and second floors house the six bedrooms, all of which are en suite and have flat-screen televisions and wardrobes.
Up one level from the reception rooms can be found two luxury suites with twin beds and their own balconies. Their bathrooms are modern in design and have a bath tub and separate shower. Here there is also a room for 4, ideal for kids with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds.
The remaining bedrooms are two twins and one triple.

Chalet Premières Neiges has a range of ´prestige´ services available at a supplementary cost. These include daily chalet cleaning, half-board catering, taxis on request, leisure activity organization (horse-drawn carriage rides, dog-sledding, quad bike hire etc.) and reservation and delivery of your ski materials.
