Furthermore there is a separate apartment attached to the house, but with a separate entrance. On the first level you will 3 bedrooms including the master suite. The master bedroom offers direct access to a large terrace area overlooking the pool and gardens and has a luxury en-suite bathroom with 2 person bath, tropical rain shower and Japanese automatic toilet.

The lower level of this spectacular villa is designed for ultimate relaxation and sportiveness. It has a large professional cinema area where you can lay back and enjoy a good movie on the big screen. With its special lighting and state of the art speaker system prepare to be blown away. Furthermore there is a gym area with a small bar and a hammam with a steam room as well as a Finnish sauna. A ping-pong table and a projector is in place for entertainment on a rainy day.

On the roof there is another very large terrace that offers great sea-views and sunshine all day. A perfect place to relax or soak up the sunshine!

In order to have the most pleasant and relaxing experience not only inside but also outside there is a luxury outside Jacuzzi in addition to the stunning infinity swimming pool.

The outdoor area around the villa offers different spots to sit and relax or dine while you enjoy views of the villa, garden and the swimming pool. Also there is a covered outside kitchen and dining area perfect to cook up those summer BBQ’s and lovely dinners.

The villa is accessed from the street through a large automatic gate, which gives way to a private and covered parking area with space for 5 cars. The lush garden, trees and plants flank both sides of the parking area and provide a pleasant setting to the main entrance of the villa.

In the garden there is also a climbing rack with swings and a slide, perfect for the little ones to play in the garden. That, in combination with the fact that the infinity pool is fenced off with glass makes this luxury villa the perfect spot for a family travelling with small kids.

The renowned “Puerto Banús”, is situated only a few minutes by car from the villa. This is Marbella’s seaport in which the most famous yachts moor, where you can also sunbathe in one of its adjacent beaches, shop in the most exclusive boutiques, dine in one of the many restaurants, or have a drink in a trendy bar or discotheque.

If you prefer golf as an activity, there are 18 luxurious golf courses within a 25km radius of the villa. There are 32 golf courses in the province of Malaga, which is why this region is also called the “Costa del Golf”. Tennis courts are within walking distance at Hotel Atalaya Park, as is the larger Club de Padel at Alhambra del Golf. A short walk from the villa, at Hotel Globales Estepona, is the newly built Splash World water park, also open to the public at an entrance fee, from May to October.

An Aldi supermarket, selling fresh bakery every day, and several cafes and restaurants are also within walking distance.
