The villa is modern and is located in El Paraiso Alta, and ideally situated as you can enjoy a quiet location and also take in panoramic views over the Mediterranean. The villa is definitely modern but still has a bit of an Andalucían style. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, spacious living / dining room that has a feature fireplace, kitchen / utility room leading on to a large private terrace ideal for Al Fresco dining.

The lounge enjoys two terraces - one of these leads to to the main dining area and the other overlooks the gardens where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Med.

Going from the entrance hall you take the stairs up which will lead to the master bedroom which has a large dressing area and full bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi bath with a window with a view!! From here you can take the stairs up which leads to the Safari Room which has an adjacent landing and shower room.

On the lower ground floor there is a double and twin bedded room both with adjacent shower rooms, and you can use the sauna if you which to turn up the heat and cleanse the skin! At the end of the hallway there is a large suite with king size bedroom, sofa - the bathroom is adjacent.

This rooms opens out onto the lower level area of the garden with it's super decked viewing area, where you can sip something cool and take in the delights of the views across the Mediterranean and the El Paraiso Golf Course, the famous La Concha mountain and the tropical gardens.
