This very luxurious and very modern five bedroom east facing villa is located on a quiet street and is front line of Las Brisas golf course. The villa is within a short drive to Puerto Banus and surrounding beaches.

As you walk in the villa the entrance halls offers guest toilet, living room and dining area that has direct access out to the terrace. To the left is the kitchen, to the right is 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Both with double beds 1.80x2.0 - one with access to the terrace.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite both bath and walk in shower. Access out to a large east facing terrace.

On the lower level offers laundry room also with a bathroom with shower, games room (small gym area), 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a dobule bed (1.80x2.0) the other has 2 single beds.

Heated exterior pool as extra option for 250euro/week.

AC consists of five zones: One unit for living/dining and kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor use one unit, Master bedroom. The 2 bedrooms in the lower level plus the cinema room can all be operated separately.

60 Days Or Less Prior To Arrival: No Refund Issued, Unless ´Grace Period´ Applies.
More Than 60 Days Before Arrival: Initial 50% Payment Is Forfeited; The Remaining 50% Will Not Be Charged.
