Very spacious, luxury villa with 6 large bedroom villa that is just a short walk to the beach (100 meters) and 10 minutes walking to Puerto Banus. The villas has plenty to offer such as a sauna, a private pool and garden, lovely outdoor terraces some covered for shade and dining and some outside for sunbathing. The pool is really two pools of different depths ideal for children. The villa has been recently renovated to a very high standard with luxury kitchen, bathrooms and modern furnishings. The lounge area is very spacious open plan style and you can see out to the terraces and pool to keep an eye on children. This villa has it�s own pool table also.

Features include: Marble flooring throughout, air conditioning/climate control system, satellite TV, two LCD screens, two DVD players, internet access.

The villa is situated just a few minutes walk to the beach where La Sala Ocean Club is and approx 8 minutes walk to Puerto Banus marina with its many shops, bars and restaurants
