Built over two levels the four bedroom three bathroom villa can accommodate eight guests comfortably.

This villa is located within a quiet urbanization and the property can be accessed down a quiet road via a remote controlled gate. You have complete security and privacy and also have the luxury of being only a short walk to the sand dunes and gorgeous beaches of Cabopino. The villa is spacious and has been decorated to a high standard and is well equipped for your holiday in the sun, with private pool, gorgeous gardens and plenty of space you will have everything you need to disconnect from it all.

Upon entering into the villa and down the entrance hall you come into a comfortable sitting/dining room that direct access via two french doors out to the south facing terraces, pool area and garden. Just next to the living and dining room you have a very well equipped kitchen that has everything you need to for those evening meals indoors. The kitchen is linked to the dining area by a large service counter. There is a separate laundry room with a door to outside and a shower room.

On the main entrance level you have two double bedrooms and both of these have access to the pool and garden area. Both bedrooms have ample space and wardrobes and they share a bathroom.

Continuing up to the first floor you will find two double bedrooms, both with access to the 1st floor sunny terrace that has partial sea views. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and a private dressing room. The second bedroom has double beds.

Outside in the beautiful garden are that is bordered with flower beds and subtropical vegetation you will find plenty of space to relax and catch the rays. The pool is 8m by 4m and is child friendly with Roman steps at the shallow end for easy access. The pool can also be heated (at an additional cost) which is great for those winter months! Should you wish to escape the afternoon sun you can relax under one of the three covered terraces which offer comfortable seating and quite a bit of shade. Relax in under the terrace on hammock with a good book and a cold drink.
