The villa offers a fresh and contemporary feel. It stretches over three floors with five bedrooms in total, making it ideal for two families to share. There are two main living rooms allowing the family to spread out and enjoy the comforts of the villa without feeling cramped or a lack space. The upstairs living area has sleek, stylish furnishings, large windows and doors that open out onto to relaxing terraces. The downstairs lounge area has been decorated in a contemporary style and offers a sofa bed, a small kitchenette, dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms off to the side.
The villa is perfect for those looking to come to Marbella to disconnect and get away from it all. Outside you can escape the afternoon sun and relax underneath the covered terrace with the newest bestseller. You can watch the sun go down from the roof terrace, or you can laze around the pool on one of the sun loungers.
The open plan kitchen is compact but equipped with modern appliance and all the accessories that you might need to prepare the family meals. There is plenty of space for family to come together for an evening meal inside or perhaps outside on the terrace. The dining suite on the terrace is the perfect place for dining under the stars and enjoying sea views.
The upper level of the house offers three bedrooms and a second terrace. The master bedroom enjoys stunning views out to the sea. It also benefits from direct access to this terrace that offers a chill out area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and catch up on the latest news on your ipad. The second bedroom has been decorated in soothing colour and ensures a great nights rest whilst the third bedroom, although slightly smaller, offers two single beds and views towards Marbella.
