Villa Hollis is a quaint and cozy 4 Bedroom villa with a modern feel that is located just 20 meters walk to the white sandy beaches of Elviria. The ideal villa if you are looking to be beachside and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is fully air conditioned throughout. On the entrance level you can enjoy open plan living and dining areas. The large windows open out to the terrace giving you direct access to the pool and terrace area. The large L shaped sofas in the living room offers seating for the entire family is an great place for everyone to come together after a fun day on the beach. The kitchen area has sleek granite counters and is fully stocked with modern appliances and Nespresso Machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

On the entrance level you have 3 bedrooms that can be accessed from the main living room area. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds and also offers direct access out to the pool and garden area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Going upstairs you have the main master bedroom that enjoys a roof terrace and spectacular views out to the Mediterranean. Wake up in the morning and step out onto your private terrace and relax on one of the sofas with your morning coffee. The master bedroom enjoys a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Outside you can take a splash in the 10x3 swimming pool, spark up the BBQ for an afternoon grill or perhaps escape the sun underneath the gazebo! Sun loungers surround the pool making to ensure that you can lie down and take in the Spanish sunshine.

Within walking distance you have the infamous Nikki Beach or if you are looking for someplace a little more low key for your afternoon lunch there are several restaurants such as Playwright, La Plage Casanis, or for seafood just next door you have Las Banderas. Should you want to be pampered or enjoy Spa treatments you have the Vincci Estrella Hotel within a 5 minute walk where you can relax, unwind, and use the facilities such as the gym, restaurant, or spa.
