The villa offers five spacious bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. On the main entrance level Bedroom one has a king size bed and leads out to a furnished patio area. Bedroom two has twin beds, ensuite facilities and leads out to the same patio as bedroom one. Bedroom three has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and leads out to a private patio. Bedroom Four is a twin bedroom that also has an ensuite bathroom. On the top floor is the master suite en-suite shower room, dressing area and private terrace with hot tub, sun beds and sea views.

There is high speed internet with WIFI in the public areas, an alarm system and video entry system. The community has its own security service with patrol cars providing a high level of security.
