A cosy and quaint 3 bedroom villa within walking distance to La campana Nueva Andalucia, where you will find a variety of restaurants where you can eat dinner or a few bars for an afternoon cana! . The small villa is west facing and is built over 2 levels. The outside pool area offers a nice place to relax in the sun as well as eating area if you chose to have a BBQ outdoors. There is also a small pool house with a toilet, shower, storage and washing machine.

As you walk into the house you can enter into the kitchen and dining area, further on is the lounge which also provides direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms (one with single bed and the other with a double) and a bathroom. Upstairs there is television room, a lovely terrace which gives views of La Concha and the master bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower.
