Upon entering through the gran electric gates and driving down the driveway you you are immediately surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful trees. The feelings of peace and tranquillity will inevitably engulf you as you make your way down to the front entrance. Just in front of the main entrance there is a gorgeous splash fountain, an outdoor basketball area for the kids and two massive Lion statues that are just next to the main entrance doors.

As soon as you step inside this grandeur villa you will start to get the feeling of what an amazing and artistic masterpiece this home has become. Spread throughout the house are unique pieces of art that decorate the walls and hallways that bedazzle your eyes at each twist and turn.

The living room has been decorated with light colours and has modern yet comfortable decor. It provides several seating areas using a mixture of loungers, sofas and chairs there are plenty of spaces to find relaxation. At the of the spacious living area is a large TV mounted on the wall and is the ideal space for those cosy evening indoors or for entertaining guests. On the other side of living room is a spacious dining area that is behind wooden doors in order to keep it separated from the rest of the living area.

The living room has gorgeous floor to ceiling glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and give this area such a natural and warm feel. Through the glass doors you have direct access out onto the partly covered terrace. This is the perfect place to relax with the latest news on your iPad perhaps a good book as there are comfy outdoor sofas as well as glass and stone tables where you can relax in style and comfort. There is also a dining area and fans on the ceilings to keep you cool during those hot summer nights. As you relax on the comfortable sofas or enjoy an evening meal on the terrace you cannot help but take in the sight of the vast luscious gardens surrounded by trees and plants.

Going back inside the house the open plan is completely fitted with all modern appliances and has a smaller dining area. The clean lines and white design all through the kitchen gives it a sleek and clean finish that makes for a workspace with utility or the perfect place to dine for an evening meal.

Going up the stairs you will find three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed with its own long L-shaped sofa lining its edge as well as having direct access to a shaded terrace with hammock. Just next to the master suite you have the children’s room with two single beds and lovely little furry friends and animal decorations.

On the main entrance level there are three double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, access out to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and direct access out to the gardens. The third bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with only a shower.

The expansive gardens that lead out from the outside patio area has a pathway that will take you down to the laguna-style swimming pools (2), that has a beautiful rock waterfall and a lovely, thatched gazebo with a hammock and chill out furniture, which are all surrounded by an array of trees, plants and greenery which really make you feel relaxed, tranquil and at peace.
