This luxurious 5-bedroom villa is situated in a highly desirable location, just a short walk away from the popular Puerto Banus. This recently refurbished property features well-proportioned bedrooms distributed across 3 levels, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The main level offers a bright and airy open-plan living area, including a large Smart TV with international channels, and a dining area with seating for up to 10 people. From here, large sliding French windows open up to an extensive and very private outdoor dining area, perfect for entertaining during the summer months.

The fully fitted kitchen provides all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals and drinks, to be enjoyed inside or while lounging around the pool area in the purpose-built gazebo. The utility room is equipped with a second fridge, washing machine and dryer.
