The villa is located inside of a gated community and has 24 hour security that look after the grounds.

As you walk into the villa to the right is a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities. Passing through the kitchen you encounter the first bedroom that has 2 twin beds that can be easily pushed together and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The main living and dining room area have large windows that let the natural light in giving the area a nice and cozy feel. For those winter months there is a working fireplace that gives off plenty of heat in the living room. Just next to the salon and dining room there is a second living room with comfortable sofas and views out to the pool area. From here there is direct access out to the pool and terrace. Going down the long hallway you will find two more bedrooms. The spacious master suite has an ensuite bathroom with shower and two double beds. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and stand up shower.

From the pool area there are two small apartments that can would be ideal for older children travelling with the family or perhaps staff. The first apartment has a small living room area with sofa, kitchnette and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Going up a set of stairs you have the second apartment that a spacious bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom.

The expansive outside terrace area enjoys a large pool and chill out area in the shade with comfortable sofas and small dining area. Right from your terrace you have direct access out to the beach making it only a short walk into Puerto Banus where you can enjoy designer shopping, gourmet dinners and a bustling marina with plenty of night life.
