Gorgeous and luxurious villa right in the heart of the Nueva Andalucia. This amazing and enchanting villa is located within a short distance to the bustling marina of Puerto Banus as well a short drive to numerous golf courses. With eight spacious bedrooms each decorated from different parts of the world it is a villa to fit all taste and styles. The villa has been constructed over two levels and has flairs of both morish/spanish style. Centered around a beautiful a courtyard, this offers endlessly tranquility and privacy for your holiday in the sun.

The villa can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests and is a perfect place for family gatherings and celebrations. It is spacious with over 1400 sq meters of living space spread out over three different wings. Upon entering this grand villa you pass through the beautiful courtyard and to the right you have the guest wings made up of the Australia, China and Moroccan themed rooms. The Australia suit is a large double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, the China room offers 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom. The final room on this wing of the house is the Morocco room which has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

Going down the fall from these three suites you find a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with a separate bar area. This area has direct access out to the terrace and luscious garden. This area if perfect for al fresco dining as there is a large built in table which seats 15 people and also has a built in BBQ.

Back to the courtyard, heading off to the left you will discover the family wing of the villa which encompasses the living/lounge area with a fireplace, large TV with full Sky HD, a small laundry room and small kitchen. On this side of the villa there are three further themed rooms. The first being the French room with large double bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a french styled bath. Next to it is the Hollywood room with large double bed, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. Following is the master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing area and large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a "boat" bath. The bedroom next to the master has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and dressing area.

Connecting these two wings is a gran salon that has high gilded ceilings, grand piano, large open fireplace and raised dining area all looking out over the terraces and garden, this is truly a breathtaking room.

The lower level of the villa you will find two separate apartments that have two bedrooms each, living area, kitchen and a bathroom. This area of the villa could easily be used for staff or nanny quarters.

The garage has space for up to 5 cars but there is also space outside the main door to park another 6 cars.

The outside gardens are exception with their enchanting ponds and Koi fish. There is also an area that can be used for special events such as wedding ceremonies. The swimming pool with heated option has a children's section and is a total of 6 x12 meters.

Please note that up to 500 euros is included for the electricity and anything above that has to be paid for by the guest.
