The villa is ideally located as you are within within walking distance to some of Spains finest white sandy beaches, only a short drive to prestigious golf courses and also to the small town of La Cala. La Cala is an up and coming area and here you can enjoy fine dining at countless restaurants, local wine at Vinotecas and typical Spanish tapas by the beach.

What we love most about this villa are the various areas where you can seek a bit of respite and peace. Going through the main doors from the living room area you can walk out onto an enclosed glassed terrace with plush sofas and chairs. This is a perfect place to unwind as you have the most stunning views of the Mediterrean right in front of you. Proceeding out from this area and off to your right you have another shaded terraces area with plush sofas chairs. Surrounding the pool area you have comfortable sunloungers where you can laze all day taking in the Spanish Rays. And not only that, but in the middle of the house you have a beautiful courtyard that offers a shady spot to sit with a good book and a glass of wine.

On the main entrance level of the house there are two spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Going up to the first floor you have a further three bedrooms. The master suite offers a private terrace with sweeping views out to the Mediterrean. the large ensuite has a shower and oversized tub! Connected to this bedroom is the second bedroom which makes these two bedrooms perfect for families. There is a separation between these two rooms. The third bedroom with ensuite is located just next to the upstairs living room that has ample seating area and sea views.

The white villa of Mijas Pueblo is only 20 minutes away and here you can stroll through the old cobblestone streets and take a horse carriage ride through the village.
