Villa Comet is a large five bedroom villa located in the quiet and peaceful urbanization of Las Lomas de Mijas. Located less than 1km to the white village of Mijas Pueblo and less than a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Fuengirola, it is the perfect villa for those looking for the perfect mix of a rural and beach holiday. Within the small village of Mijas Pueblo you will find an array of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and of course plenty of activities for you to enjoy. Take a horse carriage ride through the pueblo, or ride on a donkey through the town. You can enjoy art museums, chocolate factories, and even eat tapas whilst taking in the most amazing sea views.
Within a short drive to the villa you also have many tourist activities such as 2 water parks, a zoo, cinemas, shopping malls, amusement park and of course Selwo animal and marina park. You will be spoiled for choice for things to do.
The villa itself is very large and spacious. Upon entering the villa and going to your right you have the master bedroom which has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom. You also have direct access to the upper terrace where you can enjoy the views of the Mountain and also see Mijas Pueblo.
To the left and down the hall you have 4 addtional bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms which these bedrooms share. The first bedroom has a twin bed and also a bunk bed, the second and third bedroom are spaious with double beds, the fourth bedroom has 3 twins. In total the villa can sleep up to 14 as there is an additional sofa bed downstairs in the games room. Also on this level you have the use of a gym with treadmill, weights and other cardio machines. Perfect for those looking to do a little exercise whilst on holiday.
Downstairs on the lower level of the house you have a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the kitchen you can also access the garden area and make your way to the pool. Through the kitchen you are lead directly into the spacious living and dining area you have plenty of space for relaxing or enjoying a home cooked meal. From the living room you can open up the large glass doors to access the outside garden and pool area. There is plenty of outdoor seating and places to relax with a good book or perhaps a glass of wine.
This villa has no shortage on entertainment for both adults and children. There's is a fully equipped games room with pool table, pin ball machine, dartboard, fussball and PS2 and PS3 gaming machines. Outside you can also set up the table tennis and have a match against family members, take a dive in the large 14x8 swimming pool, or watch the kids jump around on the trampoline. For children the villa comes fully equipped with garden toys such as bats, balls, badminton net and rackets, volleyball net, water pistols and much more. And for those of you with small children, there is a key code safety gate to deny access to the pool area should you wish to keep your children away from the pool at any time.
