As you walk into the villa you will be taken back as the open plan design with high ceilings over five floors truly gives off the feeling of space! The top floor has 3 double bedrooms and large bathroom with walk in shower. The middle floor enjoys a TV room overlooking the lounge, a huge master bedroom with walk in wardrobe double en-suite luxury wet room and a large covered terrace.
On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen has an American fridge freezer and all modern appliances. The large living room has plush sofas and you can even relax ni front of the wood burning fireplace. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace swimming pool.
Just to the left of the garden area you will find the entrance to the spacious lower basement area. This is the perfect entertainment area where you can whip up drinks behind the bar or chill out on the sofas in front of the plasma screen television.
