Stunning 6 bedroom villa located in the tranquil and serene area of Mijas Golf. The perfect villa for those looking to get away for a break in the sun! Conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, but still tucked away if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The villa is very high standard and is very well equipped with TV with Norwegian channels, own game room with TV and Playstation 4. Air conditioning / heat pump in all bedrooms, games room and living room. As you walk into the villa and go to the right and down the hallway and you have three bedrooms. Bedroom one has an ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. If you continue straight you can relax in the living room on one of the plush sofas or walk straight ahead and you have the master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom. Just off to the right of the main entrance is the dining area with large table for those evening meals indoors and next to the dining area you have a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On the lower level of the villa you have one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with double beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the lower level there is also a second salon area with satelitte television and playstation

Outside you can enjoy the terrific landscaped gardens with several seating areas, trampoline and ballroom with football goals and basketball courts. Own fitness park (street workout.) Large swimming pool with whirlpool at one end. Own lockable garage and spacious parking for several cars on the plot.

The house is centrally located in a beautiful and peaceful area, bordering on the free area on one side and has little insight. Touring areas in the immediate vicinity. Great bicycle opportunities on quiet country roads and / or mountain biking. Short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. 300 meters to restaurant and a small "supermarket". 800 meters to two 18 hole golf courses. 25 minute drive from Malaga airport. Ideal property for several families vacationing together.
