Villa Sanz is a luxurious 6 bedroom villa that has been tastefully decorated and designed for families or large groups of friends who want to come together and spend a wonderful week in Costa Del Sol. The villa is perfectly located as you are less than 1 kilometer to the beach, a short drive to the airport and train station and not too far from the Fuengirola and Benalmadena city centers

The villa is spacious and built over 3 levels with every room offering the most stunning views of either the Med, the mountains of Mijas, or the plush lower gardens filled with pine, olive and fruit trees. The large windows throughout the house let the sunlight shine through giving the house a warm and open feeling.

The living room is very inviting and with plenty of space to sit and relax or even take in the views of the sea. You can unwind on the sofas or relax in front of the 70 inch television with DVD and HiFi stereo system. The dining area has a large impressive dining table that is perfect to come together for those evening meals. From the dining area you can access the kitchen which is fully fitted with all modern appliances and American Fridge with ice maker.

On the main entrance level of the house you have the master suite which includes a large double bed, walk in closest, sauna , jacuzzi bath and shower. The jacuzzi bath offers the most amazing views down to the coast. Goind down one level you have thre bedrooms. One bedroom with a doube bed and ensuite bathroom and two further bedrooms with double beds that share a bathroom. On this lower level you will the laundry area with both a washer and a dryer.

Going down one more level you have the recreational area where you will find a pool table, table tennis, sound system, darts, a kitchen and BBQ. Also a large table where you can sit down to enjoy a meal close to the pool. This is the ideal area for the family to get together to enjoy a few games or a meal close to the pool. From this area you can also directly access the garden and pool area.

The outside garden area is well maintained and offers plenty of areas where you can soak up the Costa del Sol sun. Lounge on one of the sun beds, take a dip in the pool or read you book whilst relaxing on the Balinese Bed, listen to the sounds of the waterfall or be adventerous and slide down the slide from the upper level down to the pool. Children can run around and enjoy the large gardens, jump on the trampoline, or play in the tree house and or even zip down the zip line. The outside area provides something that all ages can enjoy.

The villa also offers a 2 bedroom guest apartment with a living room, kitchen bathroom and small laundry area.

The outside area of the offers two pergolas, one in front of the kitchen, this area is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the second facing the living room, offering comfortable terrace furniture where you can sit and sip on Sangria in a paradise like environment.
