This newly renovated and modern villa is the perfect villa for a family holiday in the sun. This villa is located just a short walk (approximately 200 meters) to the white sandy beaches of Torreblanca. Also you are within a 100 meters of the nearest train station making it easy for you to catch a train to Malaga should you wish to spend an afternoon experiencing Spanish tapas and culture. Also within walking distance you will find a plethora of restaurants, cafe and chiringitos meaning a car is not essential should you stay at this villa.

The villa has an open plan style with large windows that light the light in throughout the entire house. The villa is also perched up on a hill which allows you see out to the Mediterranean. It has been recently renovated and has a contemporary and minimalist style throughout.

The villa has been built all on one level. As you walk into the house to your left you have a spacious lounge area with large sofa and television. To the right of the entrance is the dining area where you can seat up to 10 people. From the dining area you can enjoy the sea views whilst having your morning breakfast. Straight ahead you have a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite and enjoys pool and sea views. Next to the master is the second bedroom which has bunk beds and access to the use of shower and toilet. To the other side of the house you have 2 further double bedrooms, one having an ensuite with the other having the bathroom just next to the bedroom.

Outside there is a BBQ area that can seat 10 people, a table tennis for afternoon entertainment and also plenty of sun loungers should you choose to stay at the villa and relax by the pool. If you are looking to escape the mid day sun you can always relax on one of the sofas underneath the covered terrace.
