The villa was recently renovated and has character and style, but still gives off the feeling of a warm and welcoming Andalusian style retreat. Built all on one level this villa offers four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious dining room, a comfortable living room with fireplace, a well equipped and quite large kitchen. Just outside the kitchen you have a lovely patio where you can enjoy a cold glass of wine under the stars just next to the water fountain and a fire stove. Outside in the garden area there is a covered seating area and dining area with an outdoor kitchen. Out in the expansive garden area the children will have plenty of space to run and play games and the adults can always relax on the sun loungers by the pool.

The villa is ideally located as you can walk to some of Marbellas most beautiful beaches. Swim in the crystal clear waters, take long walks along the seafront or perhaps dine on the beach at the chiringuitos. When you are ready to jump into the car and explore you are close to Marbella´s city center or if you want to explore some of the white villages of Mijas you are within a 20 minute drive. Just a little further afield you have Ronda where you can enjoy outdoor hiking activities, vineyards and tour the beautiful city with its scenic views and Roman ruins.

The outside area of this house is truly magnificent and whilst relaxing on the terrace you can enjoy views of the beautiful garden and the sea. There is always something super special about being in Marbella and relaxing in the outdoors on large plush sofas with good friends and family and a glass of local wine in your hand. For those evening that you want to prepare al fresco dining under the stars there is use of the large gas BBQ that has 2 planchas, 2 gas burners and right next to it a large dining table where everyone can come together to enjoy the meal.

Heading down into the garden you come across the beautiful and very inviting swimming pool area with wooden sunbeds with big, comfortable toppers. This swimming pool has newest technology installed, making it nearly free of any chemical materials to ensure the best possible water quality. Should you feel the need to stay connected to the outside world, you will find different sockets to connect you phone or our portable music box to get an even more chilled atmosphere at the pool area.

Being outside in the garden it is impossible not to feel some kind of peace and tranquility. You are engulfed in nature in over 3000m² of land with old fruit trees. Depending on which part of the year that you are visiting you will be you will be able to enjoy avocados, mangos, figs, lemons, oranges, nisperos or almonds directly from the garden.
